Hi!
Well, there's a lot to say.
First off, I cannot believe it's 2015! Cheers to the 2nd year of Pollywog City blog! This year, our resolution is to post waaaay more :)
Now, the second big news. A new friend is on the way! Her name is Katherine, but she goes by Kiki. She sent us a pic of her passport.

She's nineteen and in college. She says she loves to travel. See, we've been doing a lot of emailing as she's made her way here from the UK. She made many stops on the way to make it into a travel experience.
Anyways, here's her introduction email.

I'm Kiki. I've been reading your blog for the past year. I love it! But what this is about is me moving to Pollywog City. I just found out that I got a late acceptance letter to Pollywog University, and need to move there ASAP to start school after winter break. I know it's a small town and wanted to check in with you guys to just get to know you and figure out the best place to stay.
A little about me. My name is Katherine Kiki Kage, but I go by Kiki, sometimes Kat. I adore traveling and am making the trip from the UK to Pollywog City into a travel experience. I am a reporter and am planning on majoring in journalism and minoring in cultural arts. I kinda have an obsession with just... all the amazing cultures of the world. I speak some french (bonjour! comment ça va?) and would like to learn Italian. I was on the cross-country team at my high school and hope to keep running to keep in shape.
A few more things. I am a total fangirl of Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and Sherlock! OMG! I lurve to read and have read the HP books soo many times. Any other Potterheads in the city? :)
Do you guys know any good apartments out for rent in the city? The dorms at the University are already full, since I was accepted late, so I need somewhere cheap to stay. Any recommendations are welcome. 
Well, I'll see y'all on January 2nd. The plane will arrive near the city at around 7:00. I'd love to meet y'all. Gabi mentioned something about a New Years Party???

Hi! Sorry we haven't posted in a while. It's been busy getting everything back to normal in Pollywog City. But we do have some pics to share!

This is Miss Pollywog, the famous actress and beauty queen! She is coming to live here once all the hoo-haa is over. She's wearing some Halloween-Witch clothes by B. Crazy made of recycled fabric. We also have her rival, Ariel Aquaclam, coming a month or two! They'll be sharing an apartment building....

Arielle is also the owner of Smoochy Lips Lipstick. She's wearing it right now!!!!

Her arm was bitten off by a shark about five years ago, but she's over it. She sometimes makes fashion casts. She says they help her get over it! She doesn't want a prosthetic arm, though.

Anyway, we'll try to post more once everything quiets down! It's pretty crazy here right now.

We are okay, don't worry!
We saved Pollywog City, but did not get rid of Francis and Crew. We are temporarily at a hideout in a submarine in a secret, secret place. Maybe we can send pictures?
It's hard here. We're with the military, who are with guns at every window and door. We have to do drills every day. But we still have time for fun in the humongo submarine! They even took us to the beach once.
Half of Pollywog City is here, the other half high in the Tibetan Mountains.
We'll try to post again, but internet is patchy down here!

After a long trip home, we are starting The Plan. First, let's inform you about what the situation is. Julie, who was pretending to be our friend, is a infamous gangster plotting with the FT (Francis Team) to bring down Pollywog City! She visited us today, claiming "she had bad history" with our town. The FT has coated the entire town in gasoline, and is planning to set it on fire soon. 

Our plan is to undam the river nearby, causing the water to overflow and wipe the town clean of gasoline while the population safely waits above.

Wish us luck!

We'll try to keep you posted, but after this, it's back to school, so posts may come less frequently.

Everyone is feverishly packing. After we're done, we're going to meet up and discuss what to do! We leave early tomorrow for Pollywog City, hopefully with a plan. We must stop Francis forever! Did you know her mom is an escaped convict? The one we defeated? Yup. She escaped and is plotting with Francis.
I musy go now and pack!

hello, and welcome! my name is abbey, and i am the newest addition to pollywog city. i moved here from a large, modern, air conditioned apartment in nyc that i share with my identical twinzy gabbey.

i'm in maine right now with ella, dylan, and isabell. they're getting ready for bed, so no pics from them. but here is me up in my bedroom, listening to the crashing waves.

but i'm getting up now so i can show you around a little. we're leaving tomorrow, so here is me next to my packed up bag and my summer reading books.

sorry that the light it so dim! it's late, and the only light comes from my firefly friends and a rogue lamp i grabbed from downstairs. do you like my new pink lip gloss? gabbey got some, too, and we just love it! it's from smooooth brand. heard of it?

i know that i don't really need all that makeup, but i like adding a little flare to my natural look. plus, the colors go really well with my hair. 

i also like looking out the window at the beautiful view. i'd go outside, but it's dark and mosquitoey out there!

ahh...the sound of beach waves is so calming. i might just fall asleep right here...

i'm an avid whovian. that means i love doctor who.

i am an abominable snowgirl, but i've adapted to survive in any climate. i go to the school monster high school with gabbey and my entourage of friends.
